Message	Im not sure what happen on your case and what engine you may be speaking of. But my engine with the coatings I have did not mind timing on pump and we could not get the car to knock at 18degrees and 18-19psi. On pump we ran 24 degrees and 32psi with no knock that we heard of. It seems to not mind timing advance.
